How Does it Work?
All of our hydrogen water bottle products use a Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) paired with a Solid Polymer Electrolyte (SPE) electrolysis to split H2O and produce pure molecular hydrogen at medium to high concentrations.
Are They Made of Glass?
Yes. The Original, Pro, and Hydrogen Water Machine are made from strong food-grade BPA free borosilicate glass.
Per customer request - have hqve one model in a plastic format. The Titan Series is made from a BPA and toxic plastic.
What Are the Differences in Series?
All of our products have their own key differences. Each one produces molecular hydrogen gas.
All are built with the same quality expectation. The primary difference between products are water capacity, hydrogen output, and hydrogen capacity levels (or a combination thereof).
For example - The Original Hydrogen Water Bottle has the lowest output and concentration (as compared to The Pro Series). The Titan Series has a higher liquid volume.
How Long Does the Hydrogen Gas Last?
When sealed - the maximum efficacy of molecular hydrogen gas is approximately 15-30 minutes.
When you're ready to drink more hydrogen water - simply press the power button and the bottle will produce more hydrogen gas to drink.
Can I Pour the Water into Another Glass?
Absolutely. In fact - we have the Hydrogen Water Machine specifically for this use case.
For maximum efficacy, transfer freshly hydrogenated water into you glass or stainless steel vessel immediately before consuming.
Although the concentration of Hydrogen drops after 15-30 minutes - it's worth noting, that hydrogen gas will remain present and testable in the water for roughly 12 hours.
What Happens to the Oxygen?
Remaining Oxygen in the sealed bottle is vented so only pure molecular hydrogen becomes infused with your water.
The the Pro and Titan series, the O2 gases are vented through a special port. In the Original and Water Machine - the gases are vented through the lid.
How Do I Care for My Bottle?
Your Hydrogen Water Bottle is made of durable, eco-friendly Borosilicate glass, so please remember that just like other glass products, you should always handle it with care.
Your bottle has a convenient carry handle so you can take it wherever your day takes you. We do not, however, recommend putting your bottle in your handbag or backpack as there are often other objects in there that can damage or break it.
We recommend storing your bottle with the lid off. This will help keep your bottle looking and smelling fresh. Allow your bottle to air dry completely with the lid open. This will help to avoid unwanted moisture build up in your bottle and around the seal.
Avoid using fizzy liquids such as mineral water and soft drinks as this can cause excessive pressure build up in your bottle which can lead to breakage.
Make sure you fill your bottle to the fill line with purified water. Follow the instructions for your unit on how long to wait for the hydrogen water to convert.
Hand wash your bottle with warm soapy water.
Do not put your bottle in the dishwasher.
Do not put your bottle in the freezer.
Do not pour boiling/scolding water into the unit.
If you're in an area with hard water - descale your unit at least once a month.
To Descale: Pour 1/4 of distilled white vinegar over the titanium plates in the center of the base. Ensure they're fully covered.
Let the vinegar sit for 12 hours and rinse well.

Is H2 Water Safe While Pregnant?
Yes. There has been zero documentation that says drinking hydrogen-rich water is unsafe during pregnancy.
Although it is safe, however, we don't know your individual circumstances, so we higly we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before changing your diet during pregnancy, especially when consuming products with added supplements or substances like hydrogen-rich water. Your healthcare provider can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information based on your health and circumstances.
What Type of Water Should I Use?
Our advanced proton exchange membrane technology is compatible with all varieties of potable water.
Including: Unfiltered tap water, filtered water, reverse osmosis (RO), natural spring, purified, and even well water.
If you use hard water (i.e. tap or well) - please make sure to descale your water at least once a month to lengthen the life of the product. For instructions, please see "How Do I Clean My Bottle" above.
What if My Bottle is Not Producing Bubbles?
If you received your bottle or pitcher and it does not produce hydrogen bubbles, or it stopped. Fill your bottle or pitcher with warm water and allow the MEMBRANE located at the base to soak in water for 3-4 hours, in that time run the bottle or pitcher multiple times. This will help prime the proton exchange membrane which may have dried out enough stopping it from working as it should.
Do I Use Hot or Cold Water?
While you can use either - we recommend room temperature or cold water (iced is fine too!).
DO NOT pour boiling hot water in your bottle or pitcher, as it may cause damage to the proton exchange membrane (PEM).
Doing so will void your warranty.
How Many Uses on a Full Charge?
Generally - you can expect to generate hydrogen 15-20 times per charge. It depends on the unit you have purchased, so please refer to the individual product page for further information.
Utilizing the supplied USB charging cable - you can expect 6-9 hours for a full battery charge.
Do I Need Filters or Replacement Parts?
Nope! Welcome to Hydro Fever - where our products are built with this in mind.
Our bottles are reusable, rechargeable, and create non-stop Hydrogen Water for years to come without the need of replacement accessories.
How Much H2 Water Should I Drink Per Day?
According to research - patients and athletes that consumed 4-5 bottles per day (about 60 ounces) of hydrogen-rich water achieved the optimal results/benefits within 4-6 weeks.
Your mileage may vary depending on your own physiology.
Does H2 Water Taste Different?
Yes, there is a difference in taste.
Our customers have reported that their water has a better taste after being run through their ionizing water bottle or pitcher than before
Shipping & Returns
Does My Purchase Come with a Warranty?
We believe so much in our product that we back it for a year. If that wasn't enough we created a secondary lifetime protection option to help our customers keep drinking hydrogen water for years.
How do I File a Warranty Claim?
To file a claim please email us with your name and order number. Please include a description of the warranty issue in question, and include a photo or video evidence to share with us.
Warranty replacements are typically approved within 4-7 days, and shipped out within 2-weeks. Shipping for warranty replacements are required to be paid by the customer
How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email hey@hfev.com within 2 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will be back to you shortly.

I Didn't Receive my Confirmation Email
Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email hey@hfev.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout.
What if I Made a Mistake on My Shipping Address?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email hey@hfev.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.
How Long is Shipping?
Processing:
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 1-3 business days to prepare, package, and deliver your order to the shipping carrier.

Special Considerations:
Weekends and Holidays: We value our team/family here at Hydro Fever. To provide the best service to you - they need to recharge. Therefore, we do not process orders on holiday or weekends.
Depending on the ending location - locale holidays may impact delivery that are out of our control.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may experience delayed shipping.
What is Hydro Fever's Return Policy?
With our industry-leading 45-day return policy, and our award winning customer service team. Hydro Fever is the #1 highest rated hydrogen water bottle company in the U.S.
In the less than 3% chance you opt to return your product, we offer a hassle free returns program when your order is still in its original packaging.
You have 45 Days from the date your ordered is delivered. We offer prepaid return labels when shipping your item back within the United States. The shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Your success representative will let you know in advance what your total refund will be and answer any questions you might have.
Returned products that do not pass our inspection process may be eligible for a partial refund. We are not responsible for the shipping fee to send back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.

My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?
If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.
